We offer advice from general day to day worries, all the way through to advising, helping and managing business sales and acquisitions, business structure, re financing, and finding solutions and answers in very difficult and complex situations.
Reform Wave Limited’s Head Business Coach has been in business for over 30 years
Starting his first business at 18 (which he later sold in his mid 20s) and has started over 12 businesses within 7 different sectors, employing in excess of 100 staff within the busiest company.
He has been involved with buying and selling numerous businesses as share sales and as asset sales, from smaller amounts up to multi million pound deals as well as starting many limited companies, also setting up and running CIC (community interest companies) and been involved with starting, setting up and running a charity.
He has bought and sold freehold properties to multi million pound values and also understands the intricacies of the commercial investment and letting market.

This option provides a more flexible and informal approach to “Business Coaching” and “Business Life Coaching” with ongoing support and advice offering a cost effective solution.
You pay for a set amount of hours each month to use as phone calls or emails and seek advice to steer you through projects or to advise you through general or complex work issues.
It can be lonely at the top or when starting a new business, and to save you making expensive mistakes, or just not knowing what to do at times or who to turn to, you can just make contact to set or keep you on the right track, like having your very own business angel walking alongside you!
